Z-hexomino is one of 35 hexominoes, and it can act as an induction coil. By itself, it dies after 45 generations, but it features prominently in some oscillators such as the pentoad and Achim's p144.

A Z-hexomino → LWSS conduit is known, but the rarity of the Z-hexomino to appear from asymmetry makes it hard to use.
