Z quad-loaf (or tetraloaf II) is a 28-cell still life composed of a tie of four loaves, and usually forms in a constellation with two half-bakeries as a result of two bakery predecessors. However, it is far less common than O quad-loaf.

Z quad-loaf is known to be constructible with 6 gliders.[1]
