98P25 is an unnamed period25 oscillator discovered by Noam Elkies in October 2002. In terms of minimum population, it was the smallest known period25 oscillator until the discovery of an improved version of the pattern.^{[1]} The improved version, found by Matthias Merzenich on January 10, 2016, replaces the west and east fumaroles with eater 1s.^{[2]}
It works by using four fumaroles and two blocks to hassle two honey farm predecessors.
