The cis-bi-boat is a formation of two boats and is a pseudo still life. It may sometimes occur alongside two blocks at the end of a 2c/3 blinker fuse.

Rich's p16 hassles this object.

Commonness

Unlike the bi-block, there is no common predecessor of the cis-bi-boat in asymmetric soups. It is only slightly more common than the strict still life boat-tie and about 15% as common as the most common 10-bit pseudo still life, beehive on block. However, it is ten times as common as the trans-bi-boat, so it does form from symmetrical parts of asymmetric soups. Compared to strict still lifes with any number of cells, the bi-boat is about as common as the integral.[1]

They are much more common in HighLife, where four boats in two groups of two form from what would be some honey farm predecessors in regular Life.
