Mold on Merzenich's p31 is a period-124 oscillator that is composed of a Mold and Merzenich's p31. Although it is composed of two oscillators of smaller periods (4 and 31 respectively), it is considered non-trivial because it contains a single cell that is alive in generation 89 and dead in the other 123 phases of the oscillator. In terms of its 60 cells, it is the smallest known non-trivial period 124 oscillator.
