Serviettes, also known as Persian rugs, is a Life-like cellular automaton with rulestring B234/S.

Like in Seeds, in this rule every live cell dies in the next generation.

This rule is named for the beautiful patterns it creates when the initial seed is a small, symmetric figure. According to the description in MCell rules lexicon, this rule is "picked for the exceptional fabric-like beauty of the patterns that it produces."
