Corrosion of Conformity is a Life-like cellular automaton in which cells survive from one generation to the next if they have 1, 2 or 4 neighbours, and are born if they have 3 neighbours.
This rule is very similar to Flock; it has many of the same still lifes and oscillators. It is also similar to Mazectric.
Patterns
Some still lifes in Corrosion of Conformity are dominoes, beehives, lakes, and duoplets.
Oscillators
Some oscillators. First two rows also work in Flock (click above to open LifeViewer)
Spaceships
Many, but not all of the spaceships from Flock are also here, but this one is currently the smallest one in Corrosion of Conformity:
A small spaceship (click above to open LifeViewer)
Spaceships of speeds c/2o, c/3o, c/4o, c/5o, c/6o, 2c/5o, c/4d are known.[1][2]
Two slightly different c/6 orthogonal spaceships which are outer-totalistically endemic to the rule[2] (click above to open LifeViewer)
