A period-25 glider gun is any glider gun with true period 25.

The first known true period 25 glider gun was discovered by Mitchell Riley on November 7, 2022 and reduced by Gustone and iNoMed to a bounding box of 23 × 22. This is the fourth-smallest of any known glider gun with a unique period, also surpassing period-21 glider gun as the smallest odd-period gun.

Unlike period 20, period 24, period 28 or period 30 where several true-period gun mechanisms are known for each period, this is the only known p25 gun.
