Standard spaceship flotilla

A standard spaceship flotilla is a spaceship flotilla composed entirely of orthogonal standard spaceships (the lightweight spaceship, middleweight spaceship and heavyweight spaceship), and in some cases, overweight spaceships.

However, there does not appear to be a full list of the actual spaceships anywhere as of February 2022. In addition no distinction is made between true spaceships and pseudo-spaceships. It is assumed that the following list encompasses all pseudo-spaceships, and as such these values can be subtracted from the above totals to yield the actual number of spaceships, however this is yet to be verified:

• 1 containing three LWSS
• 2 containing two LWSS and one HWSS (one with the HWSS on the outside, the other with it in the middle)
• 2 containing one LWSS and two HWSS (one with the LWSS on the outside, the other with it in the middle)
• 1 containing three HWSS

Pseudo-spaceships

Pseudo-spaceships can be defined similarly to pseudo still lifes, in that while the spaceship as a whole can be partitioned into multiple non-interacting spaceships which evolve no differently, there exist dead cells which are forbidden from birth due to overpopulation which would otherwise be forbidden due to underpopulation. Due to the lack of any true interaction, little to no attention is paid to pseudo-spaceships.

There are three possible pseudo-spaceships which can be made from two standard spaceships, with cells which cannot be born due to overpopulation marked in red:
