I just noticed that the 4-copy variant with volatility 1.0 can be reduced to a minimum of 120 cells by using the same relative phases as in the 2-copy versions:

I seem to recall reconstructing the 4-copy version when I couldn't find the pattern file at one point, so this may be my fault. Sorry about that!
