Welcome to the community. Before creating new articles, please take time to read LifeWiki:Notability. In particular, it says: "To prevent overenthusiastic edits and conflicts of interest, a commonly accepted rule is that the discoverer of a pattern, inventor of new terminology, writer of a program, etc., etc., should not be the one to document that pattern, term, or program on the LifeWiki."
When you created the article about the rule B2i3/S23, you used name that you proposed yourself on the forum; that goes against the guidelines quoted above. In short, it is better to wait until your new terminology becomes commonly used, and then let someone else put it on LifeWiki (instead of documenting it yourself).
