14P2.4 Synthesis

14P2.4 is currently the only periodic pattern that requires more gliders (30) to synthesize than it has cells (14), accounting for the 15 glider RCT.

Also, since this is a p2 oscillator, it is periodic rather than stable. In this context, "stable" almost always means "p1" (still life object/still life constellation).

To try to focus on the goal of reducing glider counts below cell count for every periodic pattern. It just so happens that there is only one pattern left and that pattern is 14P2.4.
