Simkin's p60 is a period 60 oscillator consisting of two B60 conduits. It is the smallest known emu. Due to the fact that in order to directly liberate the first natural gliders the period must be 69 or above, two eater 5 variants must be used to suppress the FNG before it hits the next Herschel.
In other similar situations where the gliders must be removed even more quickly, a sparker such as the p6 pipsquirter can be used instead, but an eater 5 is much more compact and works just as well in this case.
