I think I would prefer keeping all nominations in some form. (Possibly some merged, but not deleted.)

I would take out #14, as we do not know who made it, and it is just a program to simulate Izhora.
I believe it is made by Yoel (May 2023): https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/850492995

My understanding is that seminatural high-period oscillators are rare in Life-like cellular automata, and this one is a statorless prime-period oscillator.

A record in Hash2F: (Claimed by CasperWen8805181)
Smallest p46 knightship in terms of population (10 cells), but it has large bounding box.
The results are identified in LifeViewer. (Click the SHOW IN VIEWER in code box then press F6)
Most LtL patterns under 8x8 bounding box and smallest LtL camelship

You can nominate as many patterns as you want

Yeah, looking at it with a bit to think about it, removing all the deletions would be best. I have fixed the list, also I have made most of the mergers in Naszvadi's post, but for guns in Lifelike rules, and ships in Lifelike rules they maybe should be split, should I?

Here is my updated version:

toroidalet was the author of 31, and 32 was not this year, so take that out. 14 is by Yoel, and 16 is by FWKnightship as pointed out by confocaloid.

This is just an idea to try to simplify the nominations, If anyone does not like a specific merger please speak up, and can change it, also this is 100% my opinion

I would be extra biased, in merging my posts into this, so I have not done it

Here are the mergers
1-3 under. Omniperiodicity in Lifelike rules
4-8 under. Guns in Lifelike rules
9-12,OT unit stripes Layz Boi. under Turing completeness in Lifelike rules, and in just friends
13-16. under Metacells in engineered rules
18-20. under oscillators in Lifelike rules
21-22. under spaceships in Lifelike rules
26-27. under new ships in hexagonal rules

Here is what is left separate
17,23-25,28-31,33-38
oblique giraffeship in Glimmering Garden by GUYTU6J
Some spaceships in Harvest Moon by FWKnightship
B35e/S2-i36c by AlbertArmStain
Hash2 by b-engine
Factorio by H. H. P. M. P. Cole
Pyramid by NimbleRogue
Hexogen by Yoel Matveyev
*My Nominations

This version would have 40 separate candidates

How could I miss, I was wrong when recalled that p35 oscillator had been discovered before 2023! I encourage organizers to merge the above discoveries into one entry. However I am still unsure about whether B37/S345 replicator based technology should belong to circuitry/Turing-completeness entries or not...
