For gliders and Xwsses, there are no P1 Heisenburps with a bounding box equal or smaller than 50x50 and with a population equal or smaller than 50 found yet.

If you want to make switchable glider guns, it is easier to convert the gliders to Herschels, use a F166 permanent switch and convert the Herschels back to gliders again. If you need a lower-period gun, you can use one of those reactions where a glider from a different direction deletes two or more gliders on the main stream or an inverter with an appropriate period.
