Wow, ok, I forgot about this rule and ship. Back then I didn't even think about the concept of endemic patterns, by rule-specific back then I meant that it didn't work in regular B3/S23 Life.

i have found this rule when trying to make a rule with some sort of b7 and the xWSS.
Facts about this rule.
1 the rule unlike drylife is not explosive.
2 there is a common block and loaf laying puffer.
3 the flower garden is still common.
4 pulsars are common.
