State-2 cells in CataProp2 emulate B2ci3ai6c/S02aci3i4cetz6ci8 (proof: the below soup is in fact a De Bruijn torus (source) that contains every single possible 3x3 configuration of on-or-off cells, so this soup will behave differently in every rule in the range-1 INT rulespace).
