I think the expansion factor is 5, since each returning T deletes 5 consecutive salvos. (Don't take my word for it -- I'm probably wrong.) It's obviously much bigger than the first sawtooth. The MRP seems to be between 1800 and 1900 (compared to the first sawtooth's 790).

Hopefully this can be reduced with some repacking. I've done the best I can so far and any more compression would need lots of complicated rephasings that I'm too lazy to do.
