53P13 is a period-13 oscillator discovered by "Bullet51" on August 7, 2015.[1] It has a tiny spark that is capable of eating gliders from a p52 Herschel track, as seen in the p13-assisted period-52 glider gun.
A 219-glider synthesis for a stator variant of this oscillator was discovered by Martin Grant on November 2, 2015.[2]
